Fatherly Love Abraham Loves God Almighty Yahweh
The Ancient Testament shows 209 different events in humanity where love was present.
Fatherly Love
God teaches Abram or Abraham of Love. God teaches him to Love with his soul.A blind Love. Such as in the book of John chapter 21, when Peter is asked by Jesus Christ three times about Loving him truly. True Love, Deep Love. When we are at times of desperation we forget about why we Love God. Just like Abraham's desperate moment to seek God's Love. Or when Peter will be at his darkest moment in life. Do not forget why we loved God Almighty Our Saviour Jesus Christ. In the book of Genesis there are 14 passages where the word "love" or "aheb" in Hebrew is used.
Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him,
“Abraham!”
And he said, “Here I am.”
Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the
land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of
which I shall tell you.”
We find out later in the chapter that God Almighty was truly asking Abraham for obedience and trust, because without one the other can not be possible. Sacrificing his son, Isaac the one he truly loves was just the extent God was asking him to love him. Late in the book of Exodus we learn through Moses Abraham's descendant that Israel must love God with all their heart . This is the supreme law.
